We provide transport services to make certain that seniors and people with disabilities stay connected to their communities. We have two reliable options for you:
- We send you someone to drive your car; provided that insurance is covering him/her; to take you to your doctor appointment, visit someone, shop grocery, pick up your medicine or other needs. Our care providers are professional drivers and caring staff who will ensure you keep your social independence with friends and family; to lessen the aloneness and isolation feelings.
- We provide you our vehicle with a driver, vehicles that are specifically equipped to handle wheelchairs and the like; to qualify the service and make it as convenient as possible. This option is provided for seniors and others with limited mobility.

Hope Care Ability Service as a community transport service provider includes the following criteria:
• You are 65 years or older
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders under 50 years of age
• Younger people who have a permanent functional disability, live in the community, and are at risk of mobility

Staff and car drivers
Hope Care Ability Services staff are all vaccinated, well-trained and friendly to make you feel safe and serene during your trip
Vehicles
- Our fleet is cleaned daily, if not twice
- Vehicles are disinfected after every trip (doors, handles, handrails, seat buckles, and seat frames are all carefully polished)
